


While users continue complaining, one workaround that appears to have helped a lot of users is to change the servers to googlemail. As far as I can tell this does work fine off site - and the connection analyser tool checks out OK. There are also chances that some web masters may have duplicate profiles in Outlook, which will have an old mail server configured in it, and therefore would be trying to connect to the wrong mail server. Use the new IMAP server settings for the incoming mail server.

You could also use our tool to test your site load time and performance. After you finish completing the mailbox to Office 365, the user starts Outlook.
